hi ,
the lady has got the key's to her cousins house,her son had to go because social services were waiting to get their bed back.
she is going to get a undertaker to sort out his burial ,then all paper's will be collected together and brought back,
i think they will get someone to come and clear the house out.
she said she feel's duty bound to bury him as he was her cousin and she would not feel comfortable just leaving thing's to whoever.

seem's he may have had children all over the place.

Just been reading items written on google etc by the lady born 1947 it certainly looks like the same guy as she names Gladys C Pond's mum among her searches.
He looks to have had another daughter brought up by grandparents in Minisota.

Floyd Franklin Burtchett born America 1897- 1959 married to Gladys C Pond born America 1896 -1985.
This guy was a Proffessor of banking and finance among other things.
He was also a military advisor in WW11.
Widow Gladys when he died in 1959.
He was in Biaritz france 1945-6.

This looks to be a rather complicated trail.

I cannot spot a Gladys Chinn travelling from Frankfurt but by then (1948) Floyd Burtchett Snr would have been married to Jean Crump.

Very unlikely that Gladys Chinn would have in the US army as she was British but of course she might have been seconded to US military in some capacity in 1945 when Floyd Jnr was conceived.

I may have discovered a bit more about Floyd Snr., do you know if he had a second forename and out of curiosity what was Floyd Jnr's second name?

the arrival's date would seem to fit in for the father,just saw the lady her memories come in fit's & start's,
she did say he was recalled back after demob and she mentioned frankfurt but she was not sure how it figured in it.
she said gladys was in the american army ??she is 100% certain on this fact,
is there any detail's on gladys travelling from frankfurt.
