Hi;

My friends great grandparents were a William Beech and Mary Poyner. They were married in 1899 in Wolverhampton. On their marriage certificate it has William as being 21 and Mary as being 22. Williams father it says was a Richard Beech - deceased and Mary's father was a Richard Poyner. Unfortunately I can't find any other details on her parents. There is a Mary Poyner in the 1881 census which could be her but it has her father as a George Poyner.

Can anyone help me please.

Thanks for that. It looks as if it could be the same family as Sarah's mum and sister were born in Newport Pagnell.

Wondering if I can presume it is the same family and therefore the same Sarah that married Richard
