The Bridlington link does look interesting as there is a link to Mary Ellen to Bridlington.

I'm wondering whether Leonard Walker was in the navy as to why they married in Portsmouth. From what I can work out Ellen would have been nearly 3 months pregnant with their first child Leonard when the married. They married in Dec and Leonard was born the following June.

There is someone on here with leonard 1893 and Ellen Roundhill.

Maybe its worth contacting them.

According to the death entry he was born in 1901. There are few Leonard Walker's born in 1901......but without knowing where he was born, any one of them could be your Leonard.

What you really need is a copy of the marriage cert.........but as there does not appear to be a marriage registered between a Leonard Walker and Ellen Roundhill in England or Wales..........It's tricky.

Are you able to find any information on Leonard Walker (Ellen' Husband), I've managed to find that his death was in 1964 but I can't find a birth date.
