Still can't find him or mother and father after 1901.Is it possible they could have left the country or as he would have been the only child left with his parents William and Harriet if they both died was he in a home,or if William died and Harriet nee Treadgold remarried did his surname change during this marriage.if anyone out there
knows about the Rice family from Gosford Street Coventry please let me know before I go completely GAGA .Thanks Jeanette .

Thank you for taking the time to help in my search .these are the correct family but it's 1901 onwards where my problem is .It seems that they have vanished.William F went to live with grandparents and Sidney died but I just have no trace what soever for William Harriet and Frank.

The original thread has been deleted as far as I can tell. It popped up in my threads and then promptly disappeared...so I can only think that Jeanette deleted it and the two pages of info that had been found :-(

A big fat ThankYou to all you clever people who took the time to search for me .It has been a great help ,some matched some didn't .The most positive result was finding out that Harriet re married ,It has to be the same.Only have to find Frank and William now as its obvious that Frank was not with his mother in1911.So am I looking for Frank alone as William died or are they both together .William John Rice born Coventry 1876 father Thomas mother Sarah Ann nee Manton.William last found 1901 living 53 Arkley Court .Keep looking and thank you .Jeanette.
