I will look at a different hallmark the one I was looking at was 1978 but was the clearer of all the hallmarks on silver things that my mother gave me so obviosly the bowl I was looking at is one of her things not her grandmothers so Iwill get my daughter to looks at some of the other things which are not so clear and which I definitely know are older sorry for the confusion |
