I can't find a birth for Deborah or Margaret but there is one for a Phoebe Baker, 1838 in Kingswinford. This could be the one in the other family. It does not come up on freebmd but is on the West Midlands bmd site. Perhaps you could suggest to the other lady that she buy the cert? |

I don't know who you are Potty but your a darling I've looked and re- looked at the 1841 census and it just never clicked till you just posted Jacob Carter could be Phebe's brother so I think I have the right Thomas and Phebe in my tree so maybe it's the other persons tree which is wrong |
