thanks both of you. We will be going through our papers over the next few days and see what we come up with. Australia was new to us so we'll see if we get anything ang let you know. Sill can't find a name for infant or even if m / f. Thanks a lot for keeping going on this. |

I think Ancestry may have incoming passenger lists which may show any arrivals FMP only have departures |

We have that jan and we may also have a cat about. NEED to check. This for now - I agree that George & Annie married in 1901 which made it difficult as they married before they left on the ship. Also Thomas (Jabez) born Jabez Thomas Payne died in Tiverton in 1901. They would therefore have had to be back & forth across the big waters. I think care is needed in watching the families are right.We are going to check what we have in print and records here. Looks like different families with same names in parts. |

I wonder about occupations on census details and passenger list as the ones on there were farmers and i don't think there have been farmers on census details? |
