The other people all appear to be roomers.

On the 1930 for Annie, it states she was 27 at first marriage, so that would be 1912, very soon after she arrived.

James was 21 at his first marriage, which would have been c1906.

Also, the 1930 says born Rhode Island, but the 1920 says he was born Isle of Man and immigrated 1903. Both he and Annie were naturalised 1917.

Sorry we missed and thanks so much ladies for all your help here today. Been looking for this woman for over ten years! 9 Rhyl Street is actually her sister's Grace address, as her mother lived at 13! It was also bombed in ww2 as it is very close to the docks!
My main tree is actually on Ancestry and am updating the records on there now, as easier to obtain on there.

Annie's arrival form in Boston most definitely gives her mothers address as 9 Rhyl Street.
