well what ive found is owen died when william was 2 and phebe was 3ish so they wouldn't of known there father and looks like ann died before william got married so it looks like he just used his own name in father on marriage cert |

Right guys I've had the birth cert of phebe come through today.her father is Owen Worrall a miner and mother Anne Worrall formally ball.so this looks good enough to be be Williams parents.what you think? |

found them on 61 census and no william living with them,would that explain why he was in darlaston on 61 census as a lodger and working as a coal miner which ties into his occupation on the marriage cert |
