Find Ancestors

Thanks for reply. Maybe that is the one ?
I tried the library this afternoon with their version of Ancestry still unable to find anything I feel positive about for Mary Jane her Father or husband. I tried Steel and Steele I now need to try Steale.

Well I think the 1881 with Margaret and 1891 Mary Jane are one in the same and is the correct Mary Jane.

I also posted 1861 for Mary Jane with her father,she had a brother Marriott who had a son Isaiah Smith.Unusual name.

1891 Mary Jane Stee/e also had a son Isaiah Steel/e 1882.
Reg Sunderland O/N/D 1881 10a 627.

On searching for Isaiah Steele i found one going to Ontario Canada and married louisa Hinson,his dad George.

Then a tree on Ancestry has a Isaiah Steele 9/9/1881 England (By the way there is only one recorded birth in England)he died 7/11/1914.
it states he arrived in canada 1902 married 1905 to louisa Hinsen.
They also have a photo of Isaiah and sister Eliza 25/12/1884 and Rosie 5/3/1887.

1891 census for Mary Jane Steele has son isaiah,Eliza 1885 and Rosehannah 1887.

I'am sure the tree on Ancestry is the same people off 1891 census,only thing is they have Isaiah parents as George t Steele born Scarborough 1856 and Jane 1849 in Howden.
However when you check the census they have for 1891 for George T Steele and Jane there are no children with them at all.
I think this info is incorrect.

I'am going to keep searching to see if i can clarify if it is the same Isaiah!!

Rose Alice 1868 staffs (married Robert Savage in barrow in furness 1886)
Betty Edmond 1870 Staffs.

I posted thread asking title(Canadian Passenger list look up please)about Isaiah going to Canada and his marriage record states his parents as George and mum Mary Edmons.

On his passenger records it says he was born Durham 1881.

Also someone has Rose Ann and her sister being sent to Canada in 1897 under the care of Barnados.
So this would be Rosehannah and Eliza off the 1891 census with Mary Jane steele + the two who are on the photo on Ancestry tree.

Rob, Ancestry has a spin-off site called Mundia. It's free to register and you can search for people in trees (use Find People) and you can contact the owners.

Hi Robert if you google Louisa Hinson 1879,go to the 4th one down there is a contact E.Mail.
louisa Hinson married Isaiah Steele born 1881.

She has the photo of Isaiah with his sisters but she has the wrong parents for him on her tree.

Just had PM from Robert and he has been intouch with the other people with Eliza and Rose who were sent to Canada and of course Isaiah.
They are the same family.

I'am pleased I didn't send him on a wild goose chase.

If I remember correctly Rose Hannah Morrison 16/4/1905 -1990 married George Conrad Hahn 1903-1972 married O/N/D 1927.
They had 1 daughter named after her mum and 3 sons

Rose Hannah Morrison A/M/J 1905 Sunderland 10a 744.

What I don't understand is why she is down on birth record as Morrison when William Henry Steele and Mary Ann Morrison (widow ) had already married in 1902.

I think that the lady you contacted in Canada had this info.
