Just looked at the BOSWELL SMITH births in Bethnal Green and around can only see two males on FreeBMD. |

The Boswell/Smith marriage looks correct. Occupation of groom - carman, father deceased. The witnesses were what looks like Huggins. Her father Richard Smith |

All this ties together quite well but I still have this name WHITLEY and a known sister that cannot be found under any of the names. |

Where on the birth cert does the name Whitley appear? I think it might be a good idea to contact the Mile End Registrar's office and ask them to check - it is possible that the original entry was omitted from the GRO index. |

There is a tree on Ancestry that has Eugenie Rosalind Boswell as the daughter of Frederick Richard Boswell and Mary Marsh and married to George James Satterley Smith. No sources are given but exact dates of birth and marriage are. |

Something isn't right. You say the birth was registered 27th February 1919. This means it should appear in the March quarter of 1919, not the June quarter. |
