Yes Buist is another family surname (Margaret Buist married Walter pattie, William's grandfather. |

There was another Margaret Buist born about the same time. So as not to confuse the two. Seemingly she died in 1844. |

Yes that looks good. I have just cross checked with my Ancestry tree and I have him as 1826 on there...so looks as if it is an error in my GR tree. So yes - seems this is definitely them in 1841. |

Yes her birth clearly shows up on LDS with both parents. But her's is the only one. There is a William, with father William but no mother listed. But Pattie is a prettry common name and the fact that Isabella is not shown as mother leads me to think that there was only Elizabeth. |
