Maureen, I think you may be on to something with the name as Thomas on the 1891. If you look at the Stuart family a little further up the page, look at the way the enumerator has written the name Thomas, particularly for the son age 3. |

Sorry for long absence - have now obtained Homeric crew lists from Canada and can confirm he was on its maiden voyage in 1922 and several others as address given ties in with address given at time of marriage later that year and also another in Southampton for some sailings where he must have been lodging. |
