I think it leaves us with a made-up name on the marriage cert -his father WAS Robert but not Conyers -he was Wilson as we have already established fro birth registration and baptismal records, and as often happens fathers names (if the bride or groom were born out of wedlock) are made to agree with the name being used by said bride or groom. |
