a million thanks for all your help, i'm sorry i didn't reply yesterday(15th) but i was having a day out(without my children)iris you are right the alfred mentioned is the right one and sarah is his daughter. i knew that my great grandfather came from hertfordshire, and i'm pretty sure i have all the family that is mentioned on the 1891 cenus. many thanks again silv |

thankyou again for all your help, in 1911 sarah was living with her widowed father, so after 1911 i don't know what happened to william george except that in 1918 his first wife dies in yorkshire, and by 1920 he is remarried and has a second son. i do know that his son from his first marriage is sent to militry school, but still have no idea why, or who made the referral. many thanks again silv |

i think the death records for william george gregory living in durham is the right one, i have sent messages to people that have willaim george on their tree but with not much luck, i have had a bit of luck with alfred gregory but the thread also has dried up. i would love to know when sarah died because i'm pretty sure she may of been alive in 1940 when my grandfather william andrew got married, but it is a long shot, cos at the time i really didn't pay much attention to what may gran was saying as i was a teenager, once again may thanks silv. |

There is someone who has Mary born Wolsingham 1932 and Alfred 1922 (which is wrong) and also Sarah Pusey 1890 in her tree name of Helen...might be worth trying to contact her, if you hav'nt already |
