im trying to trace a family tree of william brew born 1872,he had links with family in mayo ireland and bootle liverpool.he worked on steamships and stayed with an auntie in liverpool,margaret...there are poss links with loftus family but nothing confirmed,im new to this,but my mum has been trying to trace for a while,(william is my great grandad),there seems to be lots of poss links,but as william never spoke of his family...its not easy...my mum is traveling to ireland very soon to carry on looking for links...anyone who knows of any poss links or any tips...please please say!! kind regards claire

mabel weston was his wife,married in bristol between july-sept 1920,they has lots of children!including my grandmother Eileen Brew,also born in Bristol.
my mum has looked into the tree a bit and thought his mum maybe called Honora Loftus. ive just got off phone from my nan who remembered her dad had a brother called John who visited them in Bristol once.
