Sorry William Lee did end up living with his son William in Battersea

When was his son William born please?

sorry made a mistake William born 1830 ended up living with son william born 1847. Its William born 1847 death that i am looking for . Sorry for confusion

I cannot find your William on the 1891 census at all. He must be mistranscribed.

I have to go out this afternoon.

Just had a quick look at the 1881 census and William Lee 1830 is living next door to William amd Maria at 39. William and Maria are at 37.

I can see the actual census forms because I have a sub. to Ancestry. William Junior is living at 37 then there is the next household of which William Lee senior is the head of the house.

Where did they live?......Battersea & Fulham

Which census is the last on which you have found them together? 1881

Is the death in 1901 that of his wife? Yes..oops no it's not her death, sorry got chemo brain

Have you thought that he may have moved? Perhaps to live with a son or daughter?
On later census & from what i know the family stayed in Battersea or Fulham

How am i able to answers the questions above...... We come from the same family & Brillo is my Aunt

William Lee 1830 Norwood Surrey is still at the same address on the 1891 census and mistranscribed yet again with the family living next door but this time is is not William Lee juior but the family of Benjamin Emery who lives at 37 and William has 39 living in 2 rooms a Shop General Dealer. William is now a Widower.

In the 1891 census I have Duke Lee( his name is William Lee) Born in clapham. The family are correct on this census. It seems ther was twin girls Lilly and Minnie born 1873 in Battersea, London. I cannot find anything on Lilly can anyone find out anything about her please. Many Thanks To You All
