Did you notice that I had posted Thomas Fowler's 1864 birth record?

No father named on the cert, so George Fowler may be imaginary for respectability at marriage.

Thomas is on the 1891, 1901 and 1911 censuses, with wife and family, but I don't see him anywhere in earlier censuses.

In 1891 he was a labourer in an iron foundry, and in 1901 he was a ratchet driller.
In 1911 he was a compressed air driller.

She would have named Fowler as her father because she probably didn't know any different, and obviously, he helped to raise her.

You can include Fowler in your tree as the mother's husband, but not as Gertrude's father, if you want your tree to be accurate

Also his probable birth and death records. (Born 1864 Spalding, not 1862 Lincoln)

I don't see him on censuses before 1891.

Looks as though they ran as farms as well as pubs
The Inns own site says "used to be a farmhouse and made the gradual switch to a Public house from around 1835" apparently the kitchen used to be the pig styes.

You could try contacting the current landlord and see if he has copies of former landlords or if he's a tied house, maybe the brewery would hold a list.
