There is one in Islington and one in Shoreditch. Do you have any idea where it might have been? Where was she in the 1901 census? |

Just looked on Google maps to see if Hornsey Street and Eden Grove are anywhere near each other and they are parallel to each other in the same area so I think there is a good chance that the Clara and James records I found on the 1901 census are the correct ones. |

On the marriage certificate That she was 21, and adress was 19 edem Grove, father was Fredrick Wilkinson and deceased, so we do have the right Clara, and James and Fredrick were living with the Johnson but no Clara. |

The army records show that James had a son Frederick James (though no year of birth was given for him). |
