Not all baptism records are online - maybe because they haven't survived the passage of time, or the parish records weren't kept efficiently.
Or maybe the child wasn't baptised.

There's no baptism record for her sister Ethel Mary, either, as far as I can see.

Ancestry's transcription of the 1939 record gives him a different DOB - but as there's a bit of tape across the date on the original document, I don't see how anyone can know what date was written:
