Just to say hello and to say I have found the
Baptism for Arthur Holloway on BMD
It states the The Church Date of Baptism Father and Mother name

But no
Luck with the Baptism Results for his wife
Gertrude Alice Fowler born 1886 Lincoln

Not all baptism records are online - maybe because they haven't survived the passage of time, or the parish records weren't kept efficiently.
Or maybe the child wasn't baptised.

There's no baptism record for her sister Ethel Mary, either, as far as I can see.
