The school was spelt AddEy the following copied and pasted from Wikipedia

The school's origins date back to 1606 when John Addey (1550–1606), after making a fortune in shipbuilding, left money to help the poor of Deptford. The money was invested in land and the Addey School was founded in 1821.
The second founder, Dean George Stanhope (d. 1728) was the local priest in Deptford who founded the Stanhope school in 1715 and rose to be Dean of Canterbury. According to Daniel Lysons (1796):

The two schools eventually merged in 1894. The 'L-shaped red brick school building was designed by Sir Alfred Brumwell Thomas and completed in 1899.[3]
Addey's was one of the first English co-educational secondary schools and the school still regards equal opportunities for all as a fundamental goal of the school. After the merger, Mr Slater became the headmaster in 1896, remaining head for 28 years. During this time, the present school building was opened in 1900, the south wing being added in 1933. Addey and Stanhope was originally a grammar school; it became a comprehensive in 1977. In 2004 His Royal Highness the Duke of York Prince Andrew visited the school to open the new building. The prince toured the whole school, speaking with the pupils before meeting the teachers and school governors.

Also

JOHN ADDEY 1550-1606
Master shipwright at HM Dockyard Deptford. He left £200 to the poor of Deptford which was invested in land on Church Street and provided an income to maintain schools. The Addey School was built here in 1821 and enlarged in 1862. It amalgamated with Dean Stanhope’s School and moved to New Cross Road in 1899. Addey was buried in St Nicholas Church and there are plaques to him on the exterior north wall.

Marriage maybe.

Emily E Cox to leonard Sidery O/N/D 1936 Greenwich 1d 1769
Birth Pauline A Sidery A/M/J 1940 in lewisham 1d 1470/

Pauline A Sidery married J/A/S 1961 Middlesex South to John M Short
Births Martin M Short mum Sidery 1963 in Middlesex
Andrew Paul Short 1966 in Hounslow.

Leonard Sidery 9/3/1910 died Jan 1989 in Slough Berkshire, parents George Sidery 1870 Kent and Minnie 1869 Reigate Surrey.

Of course this may not be the correct Emily Elizabeth Cox as there were 2 or 3 born @ same time,I just thought the Greenwich connection might be there.

I can't see a marriage for second daughter Doris.
