	I think, when postings get to this length, people stop looking at them because it requires a lot of effort to work their way through, or they have forgotten all the details, or assume others will do the work. If I have to get a pencil and paper out to write things down, I don't. Unless it is my own family. Possibly if you do a brief resume with the relevant points people might look. Or possibly you stand on your own feet and go at it yourself - you have had lots of help so have gained in experience as to how others have done it, so now it is time to take flight and try for yourself?
