patchem you found the same as I did for 1841 she was born in 39. The only other information I found was for 1861 when she was 56 and a laundress living with her daughter sarah who was then 22 and a housemaid it was the following year that she married george tresadern, thanks for the exta 1851 info. By the way cant afford any certificates as they cost 60 dollars a pop out of my price range Im afraid. Gill |

I am looking for George Tresaderns wifes family the Davidsons I can find Sarah and a brother John but not her parents John born in 1811 approx and hae mother also Sarah born in 1806 approx, according to the 1841 census has 3 older siblings for Sarah Elizabeth b 1829 Caroline b1832 and John b 1837 all approx I think they were in Turnmill st st james clerkenwell. yeah the 1891 census has him down as John H Trewsadern it could be the same as the other side of the family where Amy Jane Allen added her mothers maiden name to make Roache Allen which was why it was difficult to find her. Gill |

In 1881 the family are going by the surname Harding - it is definitely them as there are too many coincidences of names, occupations and places. |

So much information so quickly thanks folks Ill give you the family breakdown see if you can unravel my information sorry if it was a bit muddled it was about 3am when I posted and I was a bit tired here goes my father is Arthur Edward son of leonard the youngest of Thomas and Janes 8 sons , Im looking for Thomas family and Janes maiden name so I can trace her family. I did find a Thomas aged 8 in 1871 whos mother was down as Bridget aged 50 widow born in Ireland. I then found a Thomas Fleming in 1881 as a lodger at 5 portland rd and then another in 1891 married to a Jane so I probably got into a muddle fairly easily. Gill |

George was still alive in the 1891 census so this is probably his death |
