There is no reason why it would not be them, as everyone is intitled to move areas...maybe there was work there? Not finding them on the 1911 census at the moment though |

The Frederick Marshall and Elizabeth Buck marriage is the only one that seems to fit but I don't know how far away Uxbridge is from Romford. (I'm in Canada) |

No, Margaret's maiden name was Barrett. It's on David's birth registration as mother's maiden name Barrett. But she had married Joseph Costigan in 1934 and then later married Horace C. Marshall as Margaret E. Costigan in 1945. I haven't found the death yet of her first husband Joseph Costigan, perhaps they divorced. |
