Thankyou, that is interesting about the bakery at abertillery, would you know how I could trace who lived there at that time? I wonder if it was Laura's parents or brother who had the bakers shop? and my aunt nan were just told it was her grandma and grandad? I also have found out that my grandma Ethel came out of the abergavenny hospital in 1956 until 1959 as a voluntary patient and lived in chepstow during that time on Howells Row. do you know if or where I can access electoral records for those years in that area on line? she went back into the hospital in 1959. kind regards Julie |

Julie you can't access Electoral Rolls on line. Historic ones are kept at the nearest large library.They are only searchable by address |

well it was 1930 so I doubt they will still be there. You would have to have an Electoral Roll search to get any more names or find the local paper and put a letter in |
