if you were looking on freebmd for the marriage that qtr for for 1920 is only 13% completed (unusual as marriages in the 1940's are now being transcribed) |

Pinnington, Pennington, Frederick, Freddy and Fred its all very confusing, I think his mother was Sophia Howard as his daughter was reg. Cissie Sophia Pinnington. |

The death cert will give you the name of the person who registered the death, but not parents. The birth cert will give you the names of his parents. |
