The pub's name is given on the enumerator's list. You can click on this at the top of the original census image, and it will give you a list of the local addresses visited with the pub listed at the top of the new page |

I found the name of the pub by looking at the original of the 1911 census and then looking at the "list" of the "enumerators book" |

Ahhh, I see now. You are using Ancestry, which I haven't used before for the 1911 census. I was using Findmypast and could not find this information on there. Thanks. |

Oh, I feel stupid now!! Have not even noticed this bit at the top of the image where you can see the enumerators books. I was only looking at the actual scanned image and not the bit of the page above that. Still, you learn something new every day!!. |
