Trying to find martin mcglachie

there's one on the census which it will allow me to access, do not know the names yet but if i could piece together the martin mcglachie part they might be the next step, there's a match in the statuatory death section, old parish births, 2 in old parish deaths, and 2 in catholic baptisms. however when i click to view these records it takes me back to home search screen, it would be interesting to see what these other records could be, |

i have now sorted the problem went thru internet exp instead of the usual firfox and it has allowed me to open them, doesn't give me any better info at the moment but it may help down the line |

they are both the same for robert martin mcgill, father david mcgill, so dead end |

There are a couple that may fit in the 1894 scottish census but with differing variations of the surname again, do you want me to post those (I don't want to waste anyones time!) |

I'd agree rootgatherer, I found a few census returns but they suggested Ireland, it's hard with a name that peopel I guess wrote as they heard it! |

thank you everyone for taking to time to have a look, i thought it was just me being a novice which was why i was having so much trouble trying to piece this together but it seems not. I am seraching ayrshire as this is the birthplace stated on the census in 1911. |

hi yes i have the marriage certificate, fathers name is martin mcglachie, i am having trouble finding any further information on him, i have tried scotlands people website, but cant seem to find anything. Yes that is him mentioned in the 1911 census, thank you for putting your mind to my mystery, emma |
