Christine, I am not sure what else you are looking for. Elizabeth's register entry for her marriage to Michael Roche will confirm her parent's names. It looks like her with her parents Michael and Mary Anne on the census records posted. If you download that birth entry from Scotlandspeople (preferably before the prices increase this year) it will give the date and place of her parents marriage. Their marriage entry will give their parents names. |

Christine, I was referring to Elizabeth's parents in 1861. It looks like (if the census are correct) that her mother's name was actually Mary Ann. I have posted what looks like her with her parents in 1871 but was looking for her parents on earlier census records. |

No marriage for E Lockhart /J Marshall on SP. Death of Elizabeth Lockhar/Marshal/Roche on SP (birth circa 1876). Should be able to find out parents names if you view, and see if it is the right one, since you're not sure of the dob. |

Hello Christine :) I presume she didn't die in Scotland or you cannot find the death? Scottish death certificates can also provide the parents names and occupations which may confirm the names you have are correct or not. |

I agree with Flick, this really is a case of waiting for the 1911 census as there isn't an Elizabeth Lockhart in 1901 living in the Greater Glasgow area that is employed as a Fish Curer. |
