The 1871 census states her fathers place of birth as Paddington c1821 / 22. |

Well...their first Son William Tuck was Born 26th Jan. 1822...Harston. |

I did have Johns siblings and parents....but the lady says her John is not my john....but the Adolphus name appears a couple of times in the Mary Cambrige William Tuck family |

Tyson Street is where the family were living in 1861. I am sure that you have got the right cert for the Emma in 1871 but is she your Emma? |

Siobhan, the only fact we know for sure is that Emma's father was John - from the marriage cert. Given that her POB is often given as Portsmouth , Paul can't really be sure that she is either of the ones registered in Shoreditch in 1864. |
