On the 1891 It has Joseph born London ( Catherine Ireland ) so if the date is correct this may be a possible birth for him |

yes annie and abraham were salford, not burnley. and there may poss be a connection for a florence as this name has been used in the family before during conversation, so maybe i am assuming the maybe florence could have been annies sister, |
