theres no birth regs for 1833 they didnt start till 1837 so the baptism is the only record you will find |

I would suggest getting the birth cert for one of their later children (born after 1837) - sometimes you have to go sideways to go backwards! Looking at the 1841 + 1851 censuses, there seems to be a few likely options. |

Many thanks for that Rob. Have been through Family Search without luck, keep checking FreeCen but can't find anything in 1841 and I've actually just now got FreeBMD screen up as well to have a look but I worry that I have the wrong family. |

Ah! There lies the problem - FreeCen seems to have zero coverage for Surrey before 1871. |
