hello,im trying to find more information on my mothers side of the family,i have my grandmother Ethel, F Hartnett and her sisters margaret and annie,they were all born in london in the 1920s,i have their father as a Richard harnett born round about the 1885 0r 18886 also london area,i cannot find richard on the census lookups im doing,i have seen lots of harnetts on the census but no richard,i know it was a big family but have no family help to be sure of anything,i think ireland comes into it from memoires i can remember ,the weirdest bit is 20 cherry gardens keeps popping up on the census and my mother actually grew up in that area.Iam really rubbish at this and would love some help,thanks,maxine |

The Army records stated parents as Richard & Annie - so marriage and the 1st 1901 Census should match |

i did not know my grandmother had a brother at all so this is really interesting,she never ever mentioned anything about a brother,so this is quite interesting.... |

hi again,i have matilda as his wife,this info is what ive got from snit bits from relatives along time ago,its so frustrating at not having my own solid info to go on,i have already found out today that some parts of my tree are not accurate,just like i cant believe i didnt know my grandmother had a younger brother,,our family is a closed book!!!! |
