victory thorpe 1848 seal kent

can anyone help solve this mystery? i have a victory thorpe in my tree parents ann ranger and victory thorpe . victory junior was b 1848 seal kent . i have a chiristening date 14th may1848 seal kent. he has a marriage in 1869 st george hanover sq london . we cant work out in 1881 he had a mary forrester visit him with her children dora and george . i cannot find a marriage entry for them or a death entry for victory as in 1901 mary ann was a widow now under thorpe a pauper in paddington workhouse please help many thanks heather |

i dont think they had any kids together i think she had married before but in 1871 i think he had a daughter kate b 1869 sevenoaks kent living with his parents ann and victory or she may not have belonged to him |

he may used Victor as his dad had the same name so not to cause confusion and it stuck with him |

Here's the 1871. He is a valet. It is transcribed as Victory Sharpe on ancestry. I have put in a correction. |
