Well here I am at last. Up at 6.00. Had 1st breakfast. Walking dogs at seven. Then my 2nd breakfast & fed them - sent a few mails. Took back to the shop the pack of bras I bought yesterday. When I got them home found they were nothing like the ones I bought there previously. Straps so thin I doubt they would support the weight of the blue tits in my garden. Second dog walk and feed - rush down to Southampton to get Topper's medicines and get him weighed. 33.3 kg. Good. 27.5kg when we got him - all skin and bone. Weighed 35 kg according to greyhound database when he had his first race and I believe they keep them around 2kg under what they should be because they run faster then. Well satisfied now as greyhounds are inclined to get thinner when they get older - but that thin was ridiculous.

Hope that little lot doesn't make you word blind and take me off the page Ginny.

Catch you later.
Jeannie

Jeanie

Nice to see you hun xxxx

But if you've got blue tits in your garden you really ought to put some clothes on girl!!!

WOT???

Someone else was bound to say it........

Sheesh, I apologise in advance if this gets wooshed! Not by Jeanie, I hasten to add - know you wouldn't do something like that.

And 2 breakfasts - how do you manage to stay a size 10?

Cynthia

Cynthia Report 2 Jul 2010 14:00

Working overtime on here I see.

My son has decking but I once called it planking by mistake - and planking it has stayed.!!

Want nothing more to do with rats thank you.

When did this become a trying to find thread I ask myself??

If you're not careful, that i***ing word will be used again.

Oh and Jonesey and his good looks? ........just think of Sean Connery - that's all I'm going to say!

Thanks for that NinjaLady. Well, I do a lot of walking for one thing and after I had some tummy troubles I was advised to eat little and often - which is what I do. Was already having a bite to eat about 3.00 this morning - trouble sleeping!

Mind you think I've always been lucky about that. Went into hospital to have first child weighing 9st 9lbs - was kept in for a fortnight as I was poorly afterwards. Came out at 8st 7lbs - my normal weight. How lucky was that. Unfortunately I'm now under 8 stone and I do not like it. Too thin. Could someone tell me how to put ON weight.

Edit: Not forgetting I have a high cholesterol level of course and avoid fats!

Hi Cynthia

See we posted almost at the same time.

Sorry Ninjalady. Overlooked the bit about more clothes. Do you realise how hot and muggy it is here? I feel like stripping off at the moment not putting more on.

Gee

Gee Report 2 Jul 2010 15:12

There are some vile ways of killing rats...snappy things that cut them in two and stuff ewee

I am now the proud owner of The Big Cheese Rat Station. Fans it was £15 but you throw it away once all the bait has been eaten..Is it the same as yours?

Anyways it is sat on the decking snug to the wall...smelling delicious....here ratty ratty...dins dins

CherryBlossom

CherryBlossom Report 2 Jul 2010 15:15

Jeanie - yup I do know how hot and muggy it is - am just 30 miles or so up the road from you.

Who knows, we may bump into each other when I'm down your way on one of my periodic Per Una splurges. I'll look out for an 8st 'waif' and you look out for a 10.5st heffalump.

Am 'glowing' excessively and am going to take myself off home for some homemade icecream on my very un-posh planking.

Ooh Ginny that rat trap sounds real nasty. We've got a rat trap inside the bait box and then another just outside it - just in case they manage to Houdini their way past the first one.

Gee

Gee Report 2 Jul 2010 15:32

Hey sweaty heffa....send us some of that ice cream and I'll sit on my planks eating it and watch the Rat Station

FannyByGaslight

FannyByGaslight Report 2 Jul 2010 15:55

Ratty wont come out if your there, very shy they are..

Bit like me..

My Rat Station is made of hard black plastic and has spikes inside to put the blocks of poison on,that come seperately and are called TOM CAT as I told you before.
Which goes to show how much you take note of what I type..

CherryBlossom

CherryBlossom Report 2 Jul 2010 16:02

Ooh no, no, no - this sweaty heffa is now nice and cool munching on lemon meringue ice cream, thank you very much.

Want some??

Or rum and raisin, elderflower lime yoghurt, ginger crunch, lemon cardamom, classic strawberry or Button Moon?????? Take your pick ladies. As you can see, my freezer is chock full of really healthy stuff.

Just seen youngest son's Class of 2010 Yearbook - bless him, he got an award...............Vainest Boy. I'm such a proud Mumma!

Grab rat by the tail, swing in full circle through the air... smash rat head on the ground.... blood went everwhere....... rat continued to twich of 4 minutes... then plunge into bioling water to remove the fur...

I'm getting hungry again...... How about it Fan... rat soup...

SlingerWood

SlingerWood Report 2 Jul 2010 16:07
