Samantha, it depends when it was registered. So the person could be born September but registered by his parents in October. Say, my child is born15th September. I register him at the registry office on 1st october. So he appears in that quarter. If I was quicker and did this on 30th sept he would appear Jul-Sept. Not sure how else to say this, maybe someone else is better! |

Parents have six weeks to register a birth - some rush out to do it ASAP - some wait the full six weeks. |
