Can you help. I have found my grandmother and grandfather-Alice Dougherty born 1918 and my grandfather William Byrne born 1922 i have been trying to look further back, but all I know is my grandmothers maiden name is odonnell and my grandfathers mothers maiden name was jones before Byrne .I have looked on this site and bm on advice previously but stummped i am trying to go back as far as I can as would like to know where the Byrnes originated from.
Any help would be really appriciated.

hi hopeing for help plz , my grandfather was edward gibbs born around 1870's he married .lilian vincent 1901,they had my mother joyce ivy kahleen gibbs 1912 and think 3 oher children,im sure they were living in martock somerset,hopeing can find them in 1911 census plz.

also if u could lookup albert henry land and wife jane harriet dawkins,children by then albert,sydney my father walter john land born 1907 reg yeovill ,somerset they hand a few children up to 1920,and info muchly appreciated ,thankyou

albert went by the name harry land,when he left london erea where he was a bootmaker,sure he was born devon around 1877, intersted in any LAND families in martock around that time. ty

thanks yes i think this would b him,as i thought born stoke trister and late in life was a tinsmith as i have a trphy when he retired from the westland aircraft company. did it have others lited as i think thats the adress of my aunty betsy and uncle bert culerwell lived (my grandmothers sister)
