I would place my bets on that birth that Rose found. On the 1881 census Florence Palmer's birthplace is Headington. In the same family is a Richard Palmer who could well be the one that was father of Margaret E in the Wales census I posted. |

I dont think Ellen nel or Nellie was welsh i think her husband may have been welsh the problem is on connecting florence and nel together i think i may have found her death in 1980 in pontypridd which would have been about right it certainly is after 1975 as i got married then and for a few years after i sent her christmas cards but her husband had died before this |

thank you i have been linking these to are florence and there could be a link if you follow the richard link back to oxford here live in st thomas city of oxford there was on the 1881 cenus a grand daugther to his mother susan and father william (deceased) in 1881 call flo born 1880 but mishapens happen and lies where told on cenus |
