I have found a reason why they may have been under Harding in 1901. Bridget married William Harding on 7 July 1878 at St Peter's Church, Hammersmith. |

They have been found on the 1901 census under the surname Harding! Along with their cousin Arthur Smith (21). |

1911 and 1891 info has been posted and are correct, I thought I said that (sorry, having problems posting things this site keeps kicking me out). I'm sure I had the 1901 info, but I can't find it. They had at this time 4 children all born in Edmonton (probably Enfield) - Thomas, John, Kathleen (known as Kate), Ann ( known as Nance). Their marriage certificate says he was living at 8 Jubilee terrace and she at 2 cumberloand road on 5 October 1890. He was 22 and a gardener, she was 20 and had no occupation, his father was James Bowling a labourer and her father was Thomas Hummerstone a labourer ( I know enough about him). By 1910 they were living at 41 Allens Road, Ponders End, Enfield, Middx. |

The only thing I have is the 1911 census, which lists his birth place as Fulham the 1901 and 1891 both list it as middlesex, when he was married. I cannot find him on previous censuses. |

How do you know they were in Fulham around 1868 |

Strange as this 1891 does state where he was born & there is only 2 Patricks that come up |

Thanks, this is possible, but I still need to find the birth to prove anything. I'v just looked for Kensington and found nothing - that said, I have found a John Boling in1868, so might investigate that. |
