There is a death for a Walter Buchanan born 1831 +/- 2, between 1876 and 1886 in Lanark showing on scotlandspeople. |

That is true Scottish records are easier although they do cost a bit especially when I had such little info to start with. Also My great Granfather walter buchanan who moved to london must have told a few porkys about his birth date on marriage cert and on 1911 cencus. So I was looking for him 6 years later!!!! which was why I could not find him. But after many hours and a bucket full of credits I eventually found him and then with all your help managed to find his family. |

I am interested in who might have been the parents of Jean Forsythe of Carmunnock? I am wondering if she might be the sister of 'my' William Moses Forsyth born c. 1808 in Carmunnock? |
