Found an interesting marriage of Lilian M Burgess (I wonder if the N for her middle name is right?) to William H Sinclair apr-june 1949 Willesden it says her name is Sinclair or Inggall or Burgess! Hope she's not the right one ;-) |

Thinking about this if I understand correctly and I may be wrong......but I think she married someone who died or went missing during the war, he may of been a GI, which I assume is Inggall and had a daughter Sandra. Lil then remarried someone alot younger than herself which I assume is Sinclair and had a son who I met once when he was in his early 20s so would have been born in the 1950s. Would that map in to the two last names....wish Id paid more attention during my childhood. |

I said I hope she's not the right one because it implies she was also married to a Sinclair before that marriage which would be confusing! |

STILL looking for the Burgess family in the Basildon Area......anyone know of them, theres quite a few judging by the number of siblings, originally from the Paddington, London area....great grandparents were Charles Edward Burgess and Sarah Ann Mitchell, I knew her as Annie, sadly both deceased. Any help greatly appreciated. |
