I SO often receive pm's, often weeks or months after I have helped someone which just say something like... 'yes, you were right, I have the marriage cert and she DID marry Albert !!,

I then can't contain my curiosity and have to trail back though my notes, sometimes for days, just to find out 'who' married 'Albert who'?

It is not that we have 'forgotton' you but when you try to help so many people you end up with literally hundreds of contacts and a little reminder does help.
