Find Ancestors

Ive seen Mum today (she hasnt been up to even me visiting) and i was shocked at just how poorly she looks. She is feeling very low and emotional and is in so much pain bless her heart. I feel pretty helpless to say the least. Thankyou for all your kind messages xx

I am so sorry to hear this, she e.mailed me a couple of weeks ago and I know she was in a lot of pain then, I had hoped she was well on the road to recovery by now. :O(
Anyway send her out Best Wishes and tell her we are thinking of her, and look forward to seeing her back here when she is up to it . xx

Mums pre op thing is this tuesday when they 'hope' they canl give her an actual surgery date....surely it has to be done within a certain time after the pre op appointment? Or am i hoping to much?

I am so sorry to hear that your mum Bernice is not well i hope that she ets well soon as she as helped me a lot and i mean a lot so please wish her a speedy recovery.

Mum also now has her first Great Grandaughter! And i have my first Grandaughter.Another twig to add. Myer Louise was born yesterday and weighed 2lb 81/2oz, she is doing well bless her x

My mum saw her great grandson for the first time on Sunday (they live in Hawaii) and just loved the visit. I hope Baby Myer Louise brings your mum as much joy as little Jack has given my mum.

Ive just talked to my Dad, poor Mum still doesnt have an actual date for her surgery which has upset her so much. Worst of all, under new government guidelines, the maximum a patient must be on the waiting list is 18 weeks....this could mean Mum has to wait until feb 09!! I will keep you all up to date x

Congratulations on the new arrival at least you have a bundle of happiness to help you all along a little. After pre-op it can be anything from a week to the limit of waiting list time, as all the necesary tests have been done during the pre-op now, should any cancellations come in they may just phone out of the blue for Bernice to go in. Fingers crossed and best wishes.

Hi Donna, just wondering how mum was when you saw her yesterday, I hope she is feeling a little bit better than she did on the 25th, maybe great daughter will cheer her up a bit, lets hope so.....tell her althought I am sure she knows already, how much she is missed on these threads, as she has been here such a long time, and help us all so much,....many congrats on your granddaughter as well, isn't she tiny! lol....I wish you all well, and hope mum is back her soon, take care.....Lilly
