Member Since: April 2005 Posts: 3,133 Send Message	Lania If the family on the 1841 census is correct then Jane was 5 years older than Thomas (approx 1803 & 1808). Since they married in 1832 (a year after William was born) William would have been Janes son and possibly not Thomas's. He would therefore be your ancestors step-brother. He may even have been christened Aynsley.
