she could have married, but if so, i haven't come across her marriage at all

in 1841 she is with.............

in 1841 the spelling was, Chittox i think

the other one in south ockendon is a different one

can't see a Sara(h) b. ca 1829, South Fambridge (or even Fambridge) on any other census that seems to fit yours.
