Hope you had a good holiday.
Could you find a Robert Ainsley Sheraton in your records for Seaham Habour. He would be born around 1880/1890. Does it give anymore details where in Seaham harbour? He was killed in the first World War. He married a Sarah Annie Murdy, wonder if that is recorded. Possibly he married elsewhere.
Would be very grateful for any help.

I found his marriage on FREEBMD..married in September quarter 1907 in Sunderland,
I would send for the certificate directly from Sunderland Register Office,,The address' are on GENUKI, If you send a stamped self addressed envelope with the cheque , you will get it back a lot quicker than the GRO,

There were quite a lot of Sheratons in Easington,,let me know if you need anymore help Murial

Although i cant find this baptism on my disc, i can see that Durham Records Online have it,
You will have to register and buy credits to view the actual entry,
If you know the parents names i can try and look for them on the disc.
There were a few Frankland entries but not yours.

I'm fairly certain her parents are John William Frankland and Annie (nee Harriman).
They married in 1906 in Hartlepool. I will try Durham records online for the baptism they have.
