maywell not be of any use to you but there is a joshua moss also in clayworth had a daughter hannah 16 4 1773 bap 20 4 1773 farmer widower could he be some relation of yours if so i think he was married to ann keyworth on 17 11 1862 also clayworth

Hi Sharon, I have just looked Clayworth up on the map - it is the other side of Retford to East Markham. However, if they are not the same people, it is one big coincidence. Could you give me the baptism dates which you found. This may further confirm the validity of the information.

dates and names are right but i dont know wheather clayworth is near east markham

Hi Sharon/Andrew,

We have a Joshua Moss in our family tree born c1751 East Markham. I think he married a Sarah, Probably in East Markham around 1878. Any help for confirmation of Sarah, a surname for her and date of marriage would be most helpful.

I also have the same problem with Joshua's father named John he was born around 1722 and married Isabelle (I think). Again I do not have a surname, but I think the marriage took place in East Markham around 1747.
