James, i am not sure if the name was re-used, i dont really know what that means, however Pam has found a William, and the aunty remembers 1 boy and 2 girls, however, i cannot put 2+2 together as i have made that mistake on the Barclay side before. just a case of ordering the certs to have the proof.

Can't find a Henry Barclay on the 1881 census...so you need marriage certificate to go backwards.

ordered henry/kates wedding cert. will have to get what i can from that to go backward and forward? (i hope his surname was barclay!!!! lol) i will just do it bit by bit and not tell the husband!!!!! it can be a surprise xxx

Great effort, great results I hope.
I found that Death Cert can give more verifying details e.g.
Living Children names and ages, age at death, where born, spouse if survived, where born etc then go to appropriate Census records.
Have you got your "Tree" on GR started with yourself first and as much as is known by living relatives.
