We at least know that George was married to Charlotte up until her death in 1885. So George remarried between 1885 and 1891 (he appears married to Elizabeth on the 1891 census). What we don't know is whether George had a middle name but at least the above records will narrow it down for you.

I know it's a lot of information to take in but sometimes familes are split and will reside with in-laws, aunts and uncles etc. So, the more names you have the more you can put the puzzle together.
